Have a look and a drink in Jake’s bar originally founded in 1776,
has been taken over by Mick Lynham senior (known as Jake) 30
years ago. have a warm, cosy and comfortable place to enjoy a drink
with friends, for people’s just passing through Laragh or locals.
For the last 30 years the door has always been open every day of the
years. So after your meal, why not visit this piece of old Irish spirit
full of history and great memories from the past, where everybody
is welcome at any time to enjoy the crack, the drink and the live
music (on every Saturday all year and fridays during the summer).
Why not come tomorrow for lunch (carvery lunch served between
12.30pm till 3pm Monday to Friday and till 5.30pm Saturdays and
Sundays) or diner (served from 5.30pm till 9pm all week) and try Biddy's Homemade Guinness Beef Stew.
